We process your data for the following purposes under these lawful bases:

4. International Transfers & Safeguards

Your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States and other countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as:

  • Google Cloud Platform: Hosting & infrastructure.

  • Account Data: Until account deletion + 90 days.
  • Transaction Records: 7 years (tax compliance).
  • Logs & Diagnostics: 1 year (security, troubleshooting).
  • Marketing Consents: Until revoked or unsubscribed.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have these rights:

  • Access: Request copies of your personal data.
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: “Right to be forgotten” (subject to legal obligations).
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured format.
